How to restore istambul uncompresed video
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit and for some reason used Istanbul instead of usue recordmydesktop. As it comes to, screen recorded (its content) came rather important, but istanbul frozen before saving the file. As far as I know istambul doesn't create file on a fly, but from rore file compresses afterwards. I have asked Uncle DDG and Uncle G, but they couldn't tell me where is the temp file. Ihave checked usual temp positions ~/.temp /tmp /var/tmp and couldn't find it. I am keeping laptop live and did not killed Istanbul though it is unresponsive itmay keep its file accessed and protect from deleting. according to ps it is still running. Where can I find uncompresed file from it?
